Mend Rainbow Aquamate Vacuum Cleaner

how can i fix the aquamate shampoo attachment for my rainbow vacuum cleaner?

we have assembled the aquamate but when we turn it on the water does not shoot out of the canister to shampoo the carpet

My AquaMate AM-2 has stopped pumping water. I assume that the pump may be clogged, but I haven't figured out how to get it apart to see what the problem is. Can you help?

Depends on what model you have. If you have an AquaMate II, then the pump is most likely clogged. Sometimes this can be unclogged. Call us with your model # so we can help.

The water is not supposed to shoot out of the canister. A water line from the AquaMate has to be hooked up to your sink faucet, then you control the dispensing of shampoo throught the trigger assembly on the AquaMate handle.
