I have a 1999 T reg Omega Elite running a Philips ccrt700 stereo with a 6 d?

1999 T reg Omega Elite running a Philips ccrt700 stereo with a 6 disc cd changer. When operating the stereo with the changer the unit plays the cd's but also keeps beeping at me and saying cd safe.

The safe is usually related to the code of the cd changer or the head unit.
