Mend Fisher Paykel DD601 Dishwasher Cold Wash Cycle

Fisher Paykel Soft Touch Dishwasher - only works on cold fill?

I have a Fisher Paykel Soft Touch Dishwasher that will only wash on the 'Cold Fill Cycle'.

If you try to use normal it stalls and will sit and not load any hot water into the dishwasher. I thought it might be simple like hot water is turned off. but no....

We had the water pressure turned down around the same time this started... I can not see a switch to alter the amount of hot water coming into the machine... even when I pull it out to look on the back. Any ideas?

the appliance dose a self check when starting the program and it sounds like there is a problem with the heating element. these elements have a built in fuse and blow very quickly if there is a problem. i would advise that you need and engineer to look at it
