I NEED TO KNOW WHAT TOLERANCE RESISTOR #419 ON CK3526R IS?

MY CK3526R HAS A HORIZONTAL LINE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCREEN.I FOUND A BURNT RESISTOR IN THE POWERSUPPLY SECTION OF CIRCUITBOARD.4 BAND COLOR CODED RESISTOR 1ST.BAND CAN NOT SEE COLOR CAUSE OF BURNT.2ND BAND ISYELLOW,3RD&4TH BANDS ARE GOLD!I NEED TO KNOW THE TOLERANCE OF THIS RESISTOR.IT IS #419 ON THE CIRCUITBOARD. THANKS
