My car is over reving and then it will stall, it will either rev up and down to 2,000 or drop to 500 and then stall. I have seen on other forums that the saxo has a similar trouble and that they change to temp sensor, any ideas !!!!!!!!
i stripped and cleaned everything and it ran ok for a short while then it started again. Off to the garage and the fault came up as the engine idle sensor faulty. New one fitted and reprogrammed seems to be running fine now.
