Mend Honda Civic 2002 Passenger Side

how do i get the headlight bulb out of my 2002 honda civic passenger side/?

there is a rubber covering over the bulb assembly and I cant get it out. The plug comes loose but I cant seem to get to the back of the bulb?

Hondas use a big knurled gray plastic locking ring which you must rotate counter-clockwise to allow the bulb to be changed. Do not attempt to rotate the bulb assembly itself.
