How do I stop condensation from dripping from toilet?

Assuming it's forming on and dripping from the cistern then drain off the cistern and fix polystyrene sheets to the inside using waterproof glue. the cold water then won't be touching the cistern which is causing condensation. It won't completely cure it but will drastically reduce it. make sure the sheets don't obstruct the free operation of the ball float.
