Mend Ravenheat LS80T Boiler Central Heating Control Board

No Central heating but still hot water?

We have a Ravenheat whitestar LS80T and we have no central heating but still have hot runing water, we have bought a new control board, but it still has not worked, what next?????

it is probably the 3 port valve is not changing over to heating when heating is called for
