how can i fix my mecotek - mk-x3100?

player plays cds but dvds cannot play once come to options screen. play button does not respond nor any other bar stop & power

try a lens cleaner it may sound daft but cd's are easier to read than dvd's so if the lens is slightly dirty it will read cd's ok but not dvd's
