If your turntable has a rubber slip mat, remove the mat, remove the "C" clip on the record spindle, remove the platter, & belt. Then put the new belt on the inner drum (under the platter), then replace the platter back onto the record spindle. Using something flat (such as a flat-head screwdriver) or you could even try some string (if your platter has access holes) spin the platter until you see the pulley, then pull the string onto the pulley, replace the slip mat (if your turntable has one) then what I would do is test the turntable out on all speeds. Once you are satisfied, then replace the "C" clip back on the record spindle and you'll be ready to play all your records. Hope this helps.
