How do I replace the belt on my kenmore model 116.39159990 vacuum cleaner( belt replacement no. 20-5275)? The cleaner suddenly stopped picking up and the beater bar is not turning when it is on.

turnit upside down and remove the 4 screws and the plate remove the beater bar and clean every thing good ,you can burn off hair with a candle lighter but go out side cause is smells. Make sure it is sucking good before reassembleing it.
