Mend Harman Kardon AVR 20 II

Harman Kardon AVR 20 II powering on, but not working?

My Harman Kardon reciever will not play either the radio or thru the tv/dvd. The power turns on, however (for example) the radio numbers are not fully displayed & appear to be scrambled.

Any suggestions of what it may be??

Not sure what would cause that other than something internal. In case you can't get it going I'm looking for a remote and would be willing to purchase it from you.
