How can I mend a Dyson 01 that has lost suction?

Look underneath the cleaner, there are two rubber flaps which access the hose etc. They are not very apparent during normal cleaning of the Dyson and many people don't know they're there. These areas are very prone to blockage and will prevent suction. If all else fails, log on to the Dyson website and follow the trouble shooter, if that doesn't help phone the help line, which is NOT charged at premium rates, the staff are fantastic and will phone you back to save you money. They have most answers. Hope this helps.
