How can I fix my steam buggy model GU-01A (15-25031-007409) No steam coming?

Steam Buggy - manufactured by Kable Enterprise co. ltd
Model GU-01A
No steam coming out of nozzle.
The water just builds up to boiling in the tank and then screams like mad!
I live in an hard water area could this be a buildup of limescale which is causing a blockage

I've just had the same problem with my steam buggy. When I checked the steam nozzle (the one with the very fine hole) I found it was blocked. I guess this was a gradual process with the hard water in my area. When I tried the other attachments, which I've never needed to use before, they worked perfectly.
