my sewing genie keeps on tangling its thread?

Does anyone have an instruction guide for this crazy thing? I lost mine and I'm totally unable to work with it or thread it...

i made sure that i thread it right, i udjusted the tension, inserted the bobbin correctly, i know those stuff except i cant seem to know whats the problem, ive been using it before, but now its broken.. it runs at first, then the thread tangles then it's stucked, it looks like the tangles keeps it from running.. i unthread it, and rethread again but still its the same..

Hello Bebe,
It may sound obvious but go through all these things first, make sure you have the machine threaded peoperly and that you have put the thread through the tension discs with the presser foot up, make sure you have the needle in the correct way round, your tension should be btween 4 and 6, make sure you have the bobbin in the bobbin case the correct way round, there should be enough tension on the bobbin case to just about pull the thread through. if you have made sure of all this there is no reason why the thread will tangle up, give it a try any problems send me an e-mail below.
