hi there,this is a problem with this machine,a the back after the cover has been removed is a kidney shaped clear plastic unit with a pipe coming from it at the bottom,remove the clip, and pipe (rubber one) in sert a metal coathanger with a small hook on it,and drag the fluff out this should unblock it refit the pipe and it should be ok.a blookage of fluff blocks the water flow and water comes back into the machine,and stops dryier working.
