pen drive write proatcation?

i am not received any answer from your side for my pendrive problems

in my computer pedrive show in drive but not work .when we try to open then direct go to first formate mood when we try to formate then appair your pen drive is write proatcation and we unable to formate so please help me.if any software repair my ptn drive please give me .
