How can I fix my Triton T80si?

My Triton shower will not switch off so the water is constantly running. On the front panel of the shower there is a start/stop button and it doesnt seem to be going in properly to stop the shower. Please send any ideas as to what I can do.

pull the pullcord to isolate it .
then check the start/stop switch
