How can I obtain spares for a DeLonghi GSS601 Gas Cooker?

My Gas oven will light but slowly slowly turn itself off.

On my GSS601, one of my four gas taps at the front of the cooker is not supplying gas to one of the four hobs. I suspect the valve within the gas tap is defective. I am trying to source a replacement and an engineer who knows about the cooker to replace the tap and get the hob working again. Please tell me if you can provide and or replace the gas tap.
