easiest way to fit an outside tap?

Find nearest cold water pipe to point where outside tap is required, preferably kitchen side, use self tapping fitting to cut into pipe with small turn off tap so water can be turned off from inside during winter,attach flexi pipe , asuming you have drilled a hole the size of the pipe through the wall use push fittings to outside tap, make sure there is a slope from where you have tapped into the inside tap so that when tap on inside is turned off you can drain any excess water out of the pipe during the winter months so it does not freeze, hope this has helped
