gainsborough 10.5 bc?

i have a gainsborough 10.5 bc shower that suddenly went scalding hot,now just cold,if it it is the thermal cut-out can it be re-set. thanks

could be low water flow rate due to limescale build up in head

or a new style of head fitted which clogs up faster ?

its normally roasting hot then cold because the overtemp protection has kicked in for 10-15 seconds

you can see if thats the case because the reduce temp light will come on

thermal cut out can't be reset
check for continuity. and there should be power both sides.
