How to fix my packard bell iMedia 5040?

PLEASE HELP: I cleared the Cmos on my computer and now ive got no display and i cannot remember how to flash the bios windows just wont install for me its driving me up the wall.

I don't know what BIOS you have so it is hard to advise.
