my programme dial on my servis 1000 will not go round?

Hi in answer to your question, I have the exact same problem on mine and a repair man told me over the phone that the clock has gone, I usually take off the top to get inside and you'll find a box behind the programme dial, there is a round silver clip thing at the back of it that's come off, they are not supposed to actually come off but if you just clip it back on it usually sorts it out for a while until you can get it fixed by an expert.I did it on mine and it made it work again! Please bear in mind though that this will only be a tempary solution but it will sort the problem out for you for a while until you can get it repaired properly, it made mine work again for another few months but then it just keeps popping back off so try it if you want to get it to work again for a bit!
