the answer you require would fill a section in a Haynes manual
if you are mechanicaly minded I would suggest you go to the local library and borrow the appropriate manual and look at what is intailed
It need some prior knowledge of engines and if not done correctly could end up bending valves in the cylinder head and this is a major job, costing mega bucks

I recomend a good read first
