ultima CDT 80 Fault code F 13?

It's a fault in the heater box of the dryer.

We are currently on our fourth heater box in 18 months, I badgered hotpoint after previous faults on the machine and obtained a second years parts and labour guarantee for free but as the dreaded 'F13' has just occurred again I am now looking into taking action under the sale of goods act to return or obtain compensation as in my view the washing machine is inherently faulty.

NB. Although the F13 error supposedly only relates to drying functions we also had and error F13 occur on a wash cycle and the heater box and the control board needed to be replaced.
