Mend Renault Megane Gear Box Light

Any suggestions?

I have a renault megane automatic 02 reg.
The gear box fault light came on. The garage did the diagnostic check and it came back with no fault. They did say that there was a corroded wire coming from the gear box. The garage replaced and the light went out for 3 days. Now it is back on. Can you suggest any reason why the light is back on.
After another diagnostic check the garage told me there is no fault.

yes, firstly renault dealerships are sh*te. When they say its a wire missing or carroded, they really mean they havn't got a clue, but they don't want to look stupid. You'd be better to take to a local garage that have the software for renault or guess!
