No First pull the machine away from the wall, unplug the power cord, lean the machine up on the back wall so it is only on 2 of its feet.Look under the machine near the middle of the wash drum there is this little water pump with a fan blade on it,check to see if it turns if it doesnot the pump is stuck or bad.
make sure no water is in the machine unplug, Remove the pump,If water is in machine drain it by taking the clamp off the hose that is away from the electric motor so no water gets on the motor. The pump turns counterclockwise after you lift up on a little white clip.Clean up anything that is in the way of the pump,it cost about $80.00.
