Toshiba 4560 2 inch black streak down center of pages?

I have a Toshiba 4560 toner copier and it now makes copies with a large 2 inch black streak down the middle. I can kinda get one or two decent copies but it get worse the more copies I do. It also looks like it copies part of the page lower down the page in the black area almost like it is repeating the copy. For instance the first 1/4 of the page seems to be embedded in the black part on the lower 1/4 of the page. Is there any way I can fix this. Thanks for any help

Sounds to me as if the drum cleaning blade is bad. It's kind of lije a windshield wiper that streaks. The only way to fix it is to have a technician replace the blade. . . if the toner rubs off the page, it may be the heat roller, but from your description, it sounds more like the blade. In either case, you need a qualified technician to fix it.
