What is is about this model? Ours will only run 1 sheet at a time and usually it stops midway thru that. Shredders are free of obstructions and the bin is basically empty. It "overheats" or is being tripped for some reason.

I had this happen and found that the problem was the shred bin was to full. Opening the drawer and emptying or just compressing the contents got me working again.
