HOW DO I FIX A XEROX XRX-15X SHREADER?

IT MAY SHRED PAPER FOR ONE OR TWO LOADS THEN STOP. IT WILL REVERSE ANYTIME. SOMETIMES IT WILL NOT START AT ALL WHEN PAPER IS FED INTO IT.

What is is about this model? Ours will only run 1 sheet at a time and usually it stops midway thru that. Shredders are free of obstructions and the bin is basically empty. It "overheats" or is being tripped for some reason.

I had this happen and found that the problem was the shred bin was to full. Opening the drawer and emptying or just compressing the contents got me working again.
