Mend Daewoo Matiz SE Ignition Spark Immobilizer

Matiz SE 800-00, Ignition Key?

Changed the ignition key (incl cylinder) and now the car wont start. No spark. Was told I need keep ignition turned on for one hour before starting. Didn't help. Any suggestions?
