over flow from glow-worm space saver f?

i have a glow worm space saver f, and it seems to be over flowing and i am loosing a lot of water out the overflow pipe outside, what is causing this?

it's your prv leaking (pressure reilef valve)
has your pressure gauge risen ?
if not your prv just needs replacing.
