vectra locking problem?

am having problems with the central locking on my vectra sri130 51 plate it doesnt even wrk with the key in the door check fuses there fine could u plz help

Vauxhall Vauxhall Vectra SRI130 Vehicles, Cars Central Locking Fuses Key

INSIDE DRIVERS SIDE KICK PANEL YOU WILL FIND THE ALARM UNIT WITH 2 CONNECTORS COMING FROM IT, DISCONNECT BOTH PLUGS FOR ABOUT 20 SECONDS, THIS WILL SOUND THE ALARM WHILE THE PLUGS ARE DISCONNECTED. THIS WILL RESET CENTRAL LOCKING AND ELECTRIC WINDOWS ACCORDINGLY, THEN RECONNECT PLUGS AND ALL SHOULD BE WELL.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ALARM MAY BE IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION DEPENDING ON THE MODEL OF THE CAR.
