the problem is mainly caused by the transfer/separation corona arcing out. You will need to replace this unit, also the right door where the T/S corona makes contact will need insulating, in extreme cases you will need a replacement high voltage PCB, sometimes if the copier is in a damp environment this can cause the problem.
It is not the sort of job you should try, if you don't fix it properly you may put yourself at risk as the voltages are very high 1,000's of volts.
