How can I copy my contacts to sim Sony Ericsson w810i?

I recently purchased a new LCD screen for my w810i after breaking the last one. I installed it and it worked most of the time for awhile...although applying any pressure to certain surfaces of the phone caused it to go black. It finally gave up and quit working all together. I need to copy my contacts to sim card, but cannot see the screen at all. If anyone has one and can walk me through it, step by step while being blind, I would be most appreciative.

wait about 5 seconds, and it should be done!

If you're wondering what that's doing, it is

contacts>options>advanced>copy to SIM>Copy All>"note:all SIM contacts will be replaced by phone contacts">OK
