your unit should have a separate rcb or fuse under the stairs so check that first, secondly don't fool around with anything unless you've got some knowledge of elecricity as there is an awfull lot of current going to it and with water in the mix its leathal, if you no a good bit 1st check under the stairs (or wherever you fusebox is to see if its blown the fuse or tripped the rcd(should be a big switch that says anything from 30 -45amps on it if it has call an electrician or call customer service on 02476 37 2222 )if it hasn't switch off all (to be on the safe side under the stairs)then look in your instruction book page 10 fig11 (if you have 1) and check with a multimeter your solenoid valve (5)should be anything between 1kohm - 1meg anything over that means its broken (number 2 the thermal cut-out (main) that should read anything up to 15ohms ) (number 3 thermal cut-out (outlet)same as above 0-15ohms) (number 4 the micro switches (this and the unit which houses them is what has gone on mine possibly a mechanical fault ) and last but not least the heating elements number 6 and 7 they should read anything from 20 - 10kohms)
and again do not fool around with showers if you don't no what your doing water and electricity don't mix call a electrician with plumbing experience or triton on024 7637 2222
