Virus in autorun.exe!!plz help?

Look at it from this side: If you formatted that thumb-drive, there shouldn't be ANY files on it, of any name. Thus, if you keep getting a file on it, you need to look at the computer that's doing the formatting. This may go beyond the scope of this site's quick answer format.
