How can I fix my Samsung Er 290?

I have the same problem as Anna, my Samsung Er 290 has frozen with E9 on it, any ideas how I can fix it?

Well i have done some research and it fixed my same problem. need to unplug the reg and then clear out the paper. Refead the paper back in that is one of the things I did and the error went away. Also look in your user manul and it will take you step by step to help. Now I need to find out how to stop my reg from E-1 lol oh well hope this helps
