Mend Vauxhall Vectra 2.5 V6 SRI Water Oil Head

how can i fix my vauxhall vectra 2.5 v6 sri?

how can i fix my vauxhall vectra 2.5 v6 sri my water and oil was mixing because the head gasket blew i rebuilt the head and it has started to do it again just after i put the new oil cooler on it i think the seal has gone where can i find a diagram on the web thankyou.
