wiper fault vauxhall astra?

on my 99 astra van my wipers (fornt &rear) when on intermitent keep freezing and when i wash ths screen they wont go back th their orignal position

its the motor but you can test it by seeing if you have ignition feed on the black/purple wire you can fix the motor by drilling the rivets off the back open it up and clean the contacts inside you will soon see what to clean when you open it use small selftapping screws to put it back together
