Mend Samsung 21DCSV Refrigerator Ice Maker

no water is coming from the water dispenser?

No water is coming out of the plumbed in water dispenser on my samsung side by side refridgerator. The ice is working o.k.

The fride temperature is flashing on and off and will not stop

I got the phone no.for samsung from their web page and they put me in touch with a local samsung engineer who came and did the repair .It cost £180 for the part and labour
