how or what to replace in my 27" samsung TV?

the bottom half of my screen has a good picture and the top half is black.In the middle of the screen there is a white line that goes across.So i got half picture and half black.How and or what part do i replace?

This is vertical deflection output problem. I haven't got the circuit diagram, so can only guide you. Locate the vertical output hybrid IC or transistors - that is the section I would start.
