Mend Accurian APD-3913 Dvd Bought Work

8"portable DVD?

I bought an 8"portable DVD (Accurian) less than a year ago. Used it once; can't get it to work. Blue screen. Can't find the phone # to the co(Innovation One) to return for repair. When powered all I see is a blue screen. Help advice anyone?
