my panasonic microwave won't come on is there a fuse blown?

my microwave (panasonic) won't come back on is there a fuse that could be blown and how do i replace it my electric went out and when it came back on my microwave didn't come back on ? model number bo3344m10ap ?

The probability that the fuse needs to be replaced is great. It is located within inches of where the power cord goes into the back of the microwave.
