Take off the front wheels- then the front bumper- this will allow access to the bolts that join the condenser to the plastic brackets on the radiator. Then under the bonnet remove the battery, radiator fan, wiring harness and relay boxes that are attached to everything , listen for the crack sound when you break yet another plastic piece - why do the builders of these cars have this much hate? Why use polypropelyene on radiator tanks then hang a condenser and fans off brackets on the end tanks anyway- wtf
Check the thermostat for correct operation, then replace - if youve gone this far put a new one in. Track down a new radiator and see if you can get it all back together. Then trade it in on a landrover. I used to think they were hard to work on, but I dont anymore
