Mend Zanussi TD 4112 Heating Element Tumble Dryer Repair

i have a problem with my tumble drier a zanussi TD 4112?

the drier does not dry on full heat and all the buttons are in the right place. I thought it was the element and put a new one in but it still dries the same as before like its on low heat.
Could you give me any idea what the problem is please

air outlet is partially blocked, clean it out and you will see a big difference
