0. Unplug it from the mains.
1. Take top off
2. Put it on its back
3. Unscrew kickplate at front at the bottom. Don't unscrew top screws which attach the control panel - you don't have to and I think they'll break.
4. (I unscrewed the back of mine to get take the bottom off, but I wish I hadn't and I don't think you need to.)
5. Lift the the front of the dryer away from the bottom, being careful not to break the control panel which is still screwed on. This gives access to get the belt over the drum. This is a top trick.
6. Put the belt over the drum. Align to where the marks on the drum are.
7. Put the belt over the motor spindle. Don't unscrew the jockey wheels. This is a top trick (ie I got this wrong).
8. The jockey wheels go on the outside of the belt, not the inside. This is the top trick. (ditto above)
I oiled my jockey wheels, since they were squeaking a bit after 17 years use.
9. test it out by moving the drum by hand.
10 If you think its alright put it all back together again.
Good luck.

PS Photo attached of the jockey wheels placing on the belt. Also a photo of the wiring of the capacitor - no need to undo these connections, but in case you did!
