How do I stop windows picture and fax viewer?

windows fax viewer doesn't actually save them. They are stored as temporary internet files. To remove them go to internet tools>options> view options.
If you main problem is that you see these when viewing pictures in outlook express, then either change to outlook (does not show these files when browsing emails) or first copy the files to my docs before opening
