my ka code is on a sticker on the top of the radio unit. you have to pull the radio out to get to it tho - if you don't have a removal tool, you can use thin screwdrivers but be careful!

hayley i ahve tried your serial number but it is coming up as not valid are you sure this is correct they usually seem to be 6 digit numbers and not five???
