Mend Ford Transit Changed Noise Loud

just had head changed on2.4 transit,now theres a heavy tapping noise?

I had cylinder head replaced,now there is a loud knocking noise from top of engine.its only done 93000mls

Check valve timing; if this is correct then check valve to piston clearance FAST ! If the pistons touch valves you are looking at serious engine damage ! Mind; if your lucky, it could simply be an incorrect tappet clearance after all the changeover work ?
