when this happend to me mk2 cavalier i just got a tractor and jerked the car free. In other words just pull the car with something heavy and has a lot of power

I have had this problem alot the best thing ti do is take of the wheel and use a lump hammer against a peice of wood so not to damage your drum....just hit it until i becomes loos it will hit it hard but not too much
